As Vice President of XTIVIA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business unit, Sean is responsible for driving and building our team of CRM experts as they deliver superior quality service and solutions. He brings nearly 20 years of CRM and sales experience to the team. Sean has managed more than 150 successful CRM implementation programs across various industries, and has intimate knowledge of 10 different CRM systems. Prior to joining XTIVIA, Sean was president of Strategic Sales Systems (SSS) for 14 years. Before that, Sean was the CRM manager at Watlow Electric. He has also served as a sales manager and a sales executive at various organizations. Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Missouri State University.
