Excellent Opportunity in the Sunshine State for a SR Lawson Admin!

This is a 3 month contract to hire full time with excellent benefits – Must be in Orlando and onsite Monday – Friday. Remote is not an option. Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor an H-1b Visa. Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to apply. Salary posted is for the conversion to full time employee after 3 months contract.

  • Lawson Admin
  • Lawson Programming
  • Healthcare/HIPPA experience
  • Team Lead Experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes and procedures relating to Clinical and ERP environments and applications.
  • Awareness and experience in building, leading teams, maintaining customer relationships, budgets, project planning, administration data center operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, process re-engineering, performing audits on source code and accesses by HIPPA and HITECH compliances, ITIL process design, and installation of hardware platforms and software applications.
  • Experience dealing with top-level management to develop sound technical solutions for clients technical and administrative needs of business and clinical applications.
  • Provide Lawson administration and programming.
  • Work hand-in-hand with executive members to improve processes relating to IT troubleshooting and patch management. 
  • Construct training material for modules within the Lawson application to include processes relating to Supply Chain, MSCM, Contract Management,

  • Talent Management, and Human Capital Management. Responsible for constructing, monitoring, and analyzing training schedules

  • Provide quantified information to executive management of the health care system.
    Improve processes and procedures of the ERP departments to streamline issues relating to slowness in processes. these procedures and processes

  • Provide Technical Project Management/Lead, interface development and go-live for conversion from S3 DB2 platform to cloud base technology.
  • Responsible for the administration of the Lawson system to includes loading of CTPs, MSPs, ESPs, WebSphere, and Web components of the Lawson system.
  • Provide Technical Project Management/Lead, interface development and go-live for conversion from S3 DB2 platform to cloud base technology.
  • Responsible for the administration of the Lawson system to includes loading of CTPs, MSPs, ESPs, WebSphere, and Web components of the Lawson system.
  • Responsible for identifying the new functionality of the Lawson suite of software and hardware to improves processes and procedures of the department.
  • Manage team of administrators that monitored, supported, and analyzed the health of the technical environment including successful implementation of Lawson – PeopleSoft, Kronos, Imagenow, Kofax, NextGen, or McKesson and ERP related systems.
  • Upgrade of the Lawson Enterprise System into health care system and multiple Regional Health Care facilities. Lawson runs their Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll operations.
  • Create Corporate Disaster Recovery procedures and processes resulting in the creation of Business Continuity Plans relating to ERP and clinical applications of the health care system.
  • Execute successful Change Control and Quality Control processes, leading to a 57% reduction in the reversal of changes to the ERP and Clinical applications.
  • Utilize PMO methodology tools.
  • Assist by setting project priorities and overall IT resource analysis in keeping with strategic goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure alignment, quality, and efficiency of the technical and support operations of ERP systems.
  • Develop policies and procedures that adhered to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
