FSHD Society is an Admin On-Demand customer. They are a non-profit customer based in the Northeast focused on raising funds to help cure Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD). They needed a CRM Partner who could provide continuous ongoing Admin-On-Demand support for their Salesforce CRM and Pardot email marketing needs. We guide them on how best to leverage Salesforce tools, ensuring they actively engage their donors, find new donors, and efficiently aid the FSHD community.
Global Retailer – Virtual-DBA Database Managed Services
XTIVIA’s Virtual-DBA managed services provide around-the-clock database administration support and monitoring of this customer’s eCommerce platform. XTIVIA works throughout the year to help optimize their database to ensure that the application can support the extreme demands during the holiday shopping season. Our business-critical technology and data management solutions are available for a variety of platforms, devices, and networks, including integration with legacy systems, development of business applications, and web-based functionality.
National Institutes of Health – Cloud and DevOps Strategy, Implementation and Managed Services
This customer came to XTIVIA with the intent of setting up a fully managed set of AWS environments that followed best practices for cloud architecture and provided fully automated management & maintenance processes. XTIVIA’s DevOps team delivered a best-in-breed setup using Ansible, Terraform, and Cloudformation to provide a seamless Infrastructure-as-Code pipeline for provisioning and maintaining their cloud infrastructure. In addition, XTIVIA leveraged AWS technologies such as Control Tower, GuardDuty, Amazon Inspector, and AWS Security Hub to meet compliance and regulatory requirements related to cloud security, monitoring, and threat detection.
Cloud-based Enterprise Work Management Software Provider – Cloud and DevOps Managed Services
Our customer reached out to XTIVIA for assistance with integrating newly acquired companies into their cloud ecosystem; this led to a multi-year partnership leveraging a multitude of AWS services, from traditional EC2/VPC based cloud implementations to complex next-generation environments leveraging EKS/ECS and Lambda functions. XTIVIA was instrumental in implementing additional cloud-agnostic DevOps tooling for delivery, using best-in-breed tools such as Vault, Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog. Finally, XTIVIA provided on-call support services for high-volume data-driven applications backed by large-scale cloud services including Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and DynamoDB.

Leading Men’s Apparel Brand – 24/7 Operational and Incidentional Support, Automations
Needing a solution for their technology stack with 24/7 support coverage, our customer approached XTIVIA to provide a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for their managed services needs. With a multi-technology platform, this customer operated with different teams at different skill sets. No single team was responsible for end-to-end issues, causing increasing cycle time and Immature ISTM adoption. XTIVIA’s solution included a team with middleware admin experience and a trained team with ITIL frameworks for ITSM adoption. A restructuring of various support teams to a single scoped incident and user management L2 team provided 24/7 coverage in 3 different shifts. The customer benefited from continuous service improvement processes (automations), a cost-effective unified multi-skilled team, better ROI visibility with Workstack and resource utilization metrics, and the peace of mind to focus on business rather than operations.
Large Northeastern Hospital – BMC Remote Admin Services
XTIVIA has provided remote admin services for BMC Remedy (now Helix) ITSM services for this customer since 2015. As an authorized BMC level 1 support partner, these services consist of full administration of the Helix Service Management Suite, including BMC Remedy Service Desk (Incident Management and Problem Management), Asset Management, Change Management, Task Management, and Requester Console. We also provide upgrading, patching, and recently even assisted with a large asset management and CMDB cleanup project. Most users of large ITSM toolsets often utilize just a small part of the toolset’s capabilities. This customer, however, understands that an investment in remote admin guarantees a higher return on investment and increased end-user satisfaction. The result, higher user adoption, enhanced best practices, and improved functionality. All critical in dealing with their move to a more digital enterprise.
