Senior IT Technical Project Manager for XTIVIA, Inc. to report to our Austin, TX regional office and may work remotely. Dev + oversee projs using various proj exec techniques. Dev proj scope, cost estimates, HR reqs, work plans, time schedules, communic plans, + assigns work to meet proj objectives. Est + monitor proj priorities, objectives, milestones, contingency plans + procedures. Plan + execute schedules. ID risks, simplify complexities, risk mitigation. Mng completion of analysis + interpretation of results. Conduct complex bus. analysis. Acts as Release + Sols Train Eng’r in Scaled Agile Framework env or equiv. Ensures value deliv. Delegation/completion of work + owns compl of work products/deliverables. Facilitates meetings to coach team + implem Agile methodologies. Using XTIVIA proj mgmt framework, manages infrastructure Proj as-a-service by directing day-to-day activities, tasks + deliverables. Supp oversight of contract vendors, mng team travel. Transition service, Operates service. Coord across eng’ring teams thru full proj lifecycle. Rec + contributes to dev + maint of proj mgmt. methodologies. Guides clients/ext stakeholders on technical/PM + implem best practices. Dev + maintain records, tech documentation, prep reports, + compose correspondence. Est. + direct archiving of proj. Liaise btwn XTIVIA teams/leaders across Talent/Business + client concerning proj, bus goals, scope, vision, etc. Liaise btwn int + ext stakeholders. Meet w/ dept heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, etc. to resolve issues. Prov leadership to functional + proj teams. Present analysis + recs to exec leadership team. Act as Scrum Master in Agile env. Prov training to end-users. Lead proj teams. Control proj budget + expenditures. Mng budget + margins. Contrib to bus dvlpmt. Analysis of IT sols. Awareness of emerging tech + PM techniques. Perf QA testing on software. Some domestic travel involved. May undergo background checks. Requires communication skills. $120,536 to $160,000 annually. MUST HAVE Masters in Business Admin, Computer Science, MIS, Project Mgmt or rel field and 5 yrs rel IT exp. Also requires skills in (5 yrs exp): Jira for Agile Proj Mgmt apps; Agile-Scrum env; Onshore-Offshore model; writing user stories and documenting reqs; developing process/workflows; working with UX team; developing wireframes and UI mockups; completion of entire PDLC; reqs mgmt. tools and techniques; creating Functional Specification Docs; creating Impact Assessment Docs; and (3 yrs exp) in: tracking and resolving issues in testing and; developing test strategies, test cases.
