Personal data collected by XTIVIA, Inc. will be used by XTIVIA for feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for product development, for content improvement, and to customize content and layout of XTIVIA website. Names, e-mail addresses, and postal information collected may be added to XTIVIA’s databases and used for future e-mails, mailings regarding site updates, new products and services and upcoming events.
The customer’s contact information is used to contact him or her in the event of a drawing winner, and to notify the relevant taxing and regulatory authorities regarding drawing prizes awarded.

XTIVIA will not disclose to third parties any information knowingly and/or voluntarily disclosed by visitors.
