Design the target
Snowflake schema and warehouse design, RBAC and Horizon policy, environment strategy, and the ELT patterns that replace what you have. We modernize what is worth modernizing and leave the rest alone.

How long does a Snowflake migration take?
For the first major workload, plan on four to nine months. Redshift and Synapse sources move faster; a fifteen-year-old Teradata estate with thousands of stored procedures takes longer. We run a four-week fixed-fee assessment up front so you have a real number before you commit to anything.
Can you reduce our Snowflake bill?
Most cost engagements find 20 to 40 percent in the first month — warehouse right-sizing, query rewrites, clustering and partitioning, materialized views, resource monitors, storage cleanup, and chargeback tagging. We work outcome-based, and we train your team to hold the savings after we leave.
Do you deliver Cortex AI in production, or only demo it?
In production. We have delivered Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, Cortex AISQL, and Document AI for real customers, with evaluations, guardrails, observability, and the audit trail compliance teams expect. The hard part is never the model — it is everything around the model.
Which clouds do you support?
All three that Snowflake runs on: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. We have done deep integration work on each, and we design cross-region and cross-cloud architectures with Snowgrid when replication or failover requires it.
Do you work with dbt, Airflow, and Fivetran?
Yes to all three. Most of our modern stacks use dbt for transformation — including dbt Projects running natively on Snowflake — with Openflow, Fivetran, or Snowpark for ingestion, and Airflow or Snowflake-native orchestration depending on what already lives in your environment.
Can you run our Snowflake practice for us?
