Marilyn Prevatte is the Director of Quality Assurance at XTIVIA, Inc. Marilyn was first introduced to CRM programs in 1994. Over the years, she has watched and learned as CRM has evolved, gaining experience and earning certifications as each new technology came and went. She worked for several SalesLogix Business Partners as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Tech Writer and Trainer, while receiving SalesLogix and Scribe Certifications. She has worked with ACT, Goldmine, SalesLogix (now Infor CRM), Siebel, MS Dynamics 365, and Salesforce.com. Today, she has written training guides and documents for applications like Infor CRM, MS Dynamics 365, and Salesforce for both the end-user and the administrator in SalesLogix versions 7.5.2, 7.5.4, 8.x and now Infor CRM 8.X.
