She worked for several SalesLogix Business Partners as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Tech Writer and Trainer, while receiving SalesLogix and Scribe Certifications. She has worked with ACT, Goldmine, SalesLogix (now Infor CRM), Siebel, MS Dynamics 365, and Salesforce.com. Today, she has written training guides and documents for applications like Infor CRM, MS Dynamics 365, and Salesforce for both the end-user and the administrator in SalesLogix versions 7.5.2, 7.5.4, 8.x and now Infor CRM 8.X.
