XTIVIA flagship Virtual-DBA service launches New Client Portal

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado — February 9, 2009 — XTIVIA, Inc. announced the release of a new Client Portal for its flagship Virtual-DBA remote support and monitoring database administration service.

The new release is the result of extensive research with current customers. Throughout 2008, XTIVIA spoke with current customers and gathered their functionality wish list for the new Client Portal. The new portal is now available at https://client.virtual-dba.com. The upgraded portal incorporates the most requested functionality including: improved reporting on service hour usage, case management and database statistics, easier access to Virtual-DBA team contact information, enhanced navigation, a more secure environment and additional enhancements right at the user’s finger tips. Since the Portal
is web based all the relevant information is available anywhere any time.

XTIVIA’s Remote Database Administration service, which supports Informix, IBM DB2 UDB/LUW, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Sybase has an additional edge on its competition.
